"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "First time at this hotel, the room we had was very clean as was the rest of the hotel that we saw although we did not eat there and were not in the hotel very long as we were attending a concert. The only staff we met were on reception but they were very good and the only problem for me was the hotel is a little out of the way for me as a disabled person but it was easy enough to get a taxi"

"Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from . We did manage to use leisure facilities that morning up untill 12pm."
