It looks very smart and clean but too many things to do ourselves, like check yourself in do all the work a Receptionist would have done but with their help. No telephone in the room and no one answered when I tried on my mobile and therefore had to walk to reception to get our query answered. Tea coffee etc but no welcome biscuits at over £160 for one night and no breakfast very expensive. Standards room. Only stayed here as it was the venue for a reunion event.

Our stay was originally for 3 nights, we only stayed 2 nights due to personal reasons. We thought that the rooms and the hotel were very tired looking. We only had breakfast once, but it was luke warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I know that it is supposed to be a 4* but the price of a pint at over £7 is a bit excessive.

Staff members at Burghley Court are so welcoming and friendly, giving us warm welcomes since day one and offering useful travel tips and recommendations during our stay. Foods are awesome, love full English breakfast. The best in Loughborough, Will definitely be staying with them when we’re back to Loughborough.

Stay here regularly to visit family only downside is the restaurant/food. Very mediocre and not always as described on the menu, ordered a selection of fresh bread with oils received 3 pieces of deep fried bread and a pot of olive oil…. Sent back. Simple menu but seldom done well … Staff are really good and always very clean and welcoming.

This hotel is situated in the midst of a college campus. Access requires navigating through a Security gate and though parking is adequate the hotel location is less than ideal. The hotel itself is a large complex which requires walking a fair distance to access hotel facilities. The rooms do not have air conditioning which can be an issue during hot weather. I believe the staff to be very helpful and considerate. The room itself was clean with good decor. We found the bar to be well supplied but on the expensive side compared to other local establishments. Overall, our stay was pleasant and is probably ideal for college professors, parents and visitors to the college campus, for others, not so much.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. Food was really good in the restaurant. My only frustration was that the pool and gym didn’t open til 8am on BH Monday which was too late for us and we didn’t find out til that morning.

The room was excellent, comfortable and everything you would need. The hotel is within the Uni campus and a short drive into thectown centre. The spa facilities were excellent we enjoyed the steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi. The changing rooms are well equipped. Great relaxing stay.

So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough.

Be careful with the Free Wifi. I got cyber attacked (ARP poisoning attempts), I complained and wanted to speak to someone about it but sadly they didn't take it seriously. However the issue seem to magically resolve itself the next day! Without any direct communication then I can only assume it was magic. Also 'self-check-in'.....not a fan, I scan my food at the supermarkets, I tag my luggage at the airport - I think I am working for 8 companies now and I dont get even get a staff discount!!! Keep smiling.
