I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. "It was an amazing 8 Day stay. The unit is clean tidy. Everything and more that you could possibly need. Easy and secure exse, Central and quick onto the all main roads. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing is to much. I had a very late flight in and checked in late at night.
