"The Hotel is in the heart of downtown with awesome views from the higher floors. The lobby area is impressive and the folks wonderful to deal with. A manager emailed me the day before to be sure I had her contact info and Chad texted me immediately after checking in to be sure everything was ok. My 8th floor suite was on the SW corner. The room was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was all marble. "

"The pool was outside, but not advertised as such. The staff was great, especially as my husband inadvertently left his baggage sitting in the lobby as he went to get the car, then forgot to retrieve it and put it in the car! The staff took good care of his belongings until we were able to come and pick themup."

"I was not expecting the hotel to look exactly like it was advertised, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was very friendly and bubbly. I wish I remembered her name. She had to be the person working from 2-10. The room was very clean and very spacious and was decorated like a home. I am in a wheelchair right now and was having surgery the next day so I had to take a shower and the roll in showers were perfect. They had a big padded bench for me to transfer to and take a shower and it was easy to get in and out of the shower and bathroom. I will stay here again next time I come to Wichita."

"This is one of the best stays I have possibly stayed at. This includes some luxury hotels I’ve tried that were just garbage. It has a nice heated pool and hot tub that I have never experience before and the room was big, had two bathrooms and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy! You won’t be disappointed. :)"

"I had to immediately checkout because I have a severe allergy to cigarettes and I started having a reaction before I even got in my room. Definitely not a smoke free facility. "
