An fehlender Freundlichkeit fehlte es nicht, Aber hatte man Fragen, war nur auf einen jungen Mann an der Rezeption Verlass, der leider während meiner Anwesenheit nur einmal da war. Ansonsten erhielt man keine brauchbaren Auskünfte. Auch fehlen Stadtpläne und Hinweise auf Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Frühstücksraum-Atmosphäre ebenso. Dagegen war die Dusche in Zimmer 410 eine Zumutung. In sämtlichen Ecken befinden sich deutliche Schimmelflecken. Auch fehlen Haken im Bad, denn ich musste zwei Kleiderbügel opfern, um meine Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Die Handtuchstange hängt viel zu hoch, wenn man kein Riese ist. Und ständig auf den Toilettendeckel steigen zu müssen, um die Tücher wieder aufhängen zu können, ist sicher auch nicht im Sinne des Gastes und der Hotelführung. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel aber dennoch zufriedenstellend.
