"Everything was amazing, even down to when I fell off the motorized scooters ( which are super dangerous and should come with multiple warning labels) . Staff was helpful. As a RN I was able to nurse my abrasions but highly recommend moving them away from drinking areas. "

Pool - should have toilets situated for guests around the pool Elevators were slow at peak times and at times only 1 worked out of the 2. Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us & taking feedback. "

"I have stayed here each year since 2019. Easy parking $10 per night with access 24 hours. They have multiple restaurants on location and even a bar upstairs with burgers, fries until 1am. If you want an all inclusive location this is it. They have the casino in the lobby as well as across the street. I like the daytime activities better in Phillipsburg by the port on the boardwalk as that beach is natural. They dredge Maho each morning and the drop off is pretty severe in my opinion. The rooms are really clean and they just made a private bar/dining area on the 9th floor that has amazing views of the sunset and/or airport. The staff is always friendly and if you need to check in early you can use the amenities while you wait on your room. This is a huge bonus for me as check out time is 11am and my flight usually doesn't depart until 5pm so I can still hang out, eat/drink rather than sitting at the airport. "

From the moment we arrived, the service was truly the best my wife and I have ever experienced in all our years of traveling. Miguel and Alexis at the door welcomed us each day with genuine warmth—it was always such a pleasure to see them. At the front desk, Talia and Rodrigo went above and beyond to make us feel like the only guests in the resort. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay nothing short of extraordinary. We were even personally greeted by Didtra and Luis, two of the resort managers, who introduced themselves and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding—whether ordering à la carte or enjoying the wide selection at the buffet. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Mariluz, who always made our mornings brighter and truly became a friend. And I have to mention Martina, who made the best omelet I’ve ever had! When dinner time rolled around, George was another standout. You can tell he doesn’t just work there—he loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. The island itself is beautiful and inviting, with plenty of shops and activities nearby, but it was the people who made this trip unforgettable. We’re already planning to return soon—if only to reconnect with the incredible staff. "
