"Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful! The room was just amazing as it very clean and the ocean front view was just spectacular! It was a short walk to many restaurants and the little strip, or they will call you a taxi for your transportation needs, if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and the scenery is just amazing the clear ocean water was just delightful!"

"The resort is very beautiful, especially the gardens surrounding the pool area. The beach is also beautiful and well maintained, but arrive early so you can get a beach chair which are complimentary for hotel guests."

"We really appreciated the staff who were friendly and the amenities were great. We used the gym, beach chairs, noodles and did the excursion of the e bikes and snorkeling. That was wonderful. The golf cart service to take you to the other resort was a great amenity too. Things that needed improving were that it was difficult to schedule a reservation for dinners and the only dinner buffet was small and short staffed leading to empty food containers and lack of drinks. When we did get a reservation, it would be for 8 or 9 pm which we felt was too late. We tried for earlier times but it was very limited."

"This resort in Aruba was by the far the most beautiful place I’ve ever been in my entire life! It is a few minute walk away from the ocean and also has pools with beautiful palm trees. The staff and everyone is very friendly and kind. I can’t wait to go back!"

"We absolutely loved it there, what really make this place amazing are the people, they treat you as family. Big S/O to Nelson or Oscar (i got his name confused the whole time) at the front desk, to the bartender at Verenda restaurant, to my two Dominicans new friends (Yari) at the Veranda Market and restaurant. Overall, big S/O to all the staff, the cleaning lady assigned to our room Ms Preciouse, what a wonderful lady. The hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a water front apartment. Great place to stay, spacious rooms/apartments, clean property overall, laundry with detergent and softener included, clean gym, free parking and always some sort of activities going on. It was our second visit to Oyster Bay in 3 months, first visit was in February 2026 for 5 days then we went back again in May 2026 for 10 days. We strongly recommend this hotel."
