Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis.
Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often.
Buffet had very limited food choices.
We will never again stay at this hotel.
Do not recommend! Great location sea facing, badly maintained, unclean facility and extremely poor service, food poor quality.

Room had dead Cockroaches, Cobwebs, cleaning fan was extremely dirty. Asked to speak to manager, wasn’t available. Asked to ice room, wasn’t available. No apologies was offered at all!

Hotel has provided the room which we have booked online tru u and provided inferior room even after changing a handsome money. It took half an hour to check in and discussion, but hotel has not provided us sea facing room for which we have paid.
The rooms were sub standard. Not even 2 stars. The rooms were not clean at all with stains on the sheets. Bathrooms were not clean at all. All the. I'm in areas had a weird smell. The staff though was friendly and listened to our complaints. I hope they at least work on the basic hygiene.
we got lower category room we booked the studio one . the rooms were not ready till 4pm . it was a total mess the hotel was not clean slowest lift ever . the restaurant will give u cramps

No value for money
The person at reception couldn't locate our booking through Hotels.Com when I called up to inform about late check-In.
Even Hotels.Com call center person had no clue. He kept me on hold for 30 minutes and said it is not possible for him to call me back.
The towels were not clean. Sufficient toiletries were not provided in the bathroom. AC was ineffective and very noisy.
