There is no fridge in the room itself, but there is a large shared kitchen in the building that you can put your things in and hang out with some other guests who are travelling the country. "I stayed in the standard area of The Barn as a solo traveler and felt very safe during my stay! I stayed for two nights. Both nights my dorm was full, but the second night I found myself as the only woman with less-than-courteous dorm mates. The Barn staff was helpful in finding me a new dorm, which I really appreciated. I would stay here again. "
