"The overall experience was AMAZING! From the hotel staff to the restaurant staff, everyone’s service was exceptional. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was also good. The way they accommodated their guests and their staff during the snow storm has to be recognized. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Look no further!"
"Didn’t eat breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable with a great city view. Only complaint was the individuating the next floor up above my room had a child who ran around constantly so it became pretty noisy and aggravated to hear continuously."
"The room was nice and quaint. I loved opening the heavy blinds while laying in the bed and wnjoying the lights that frame King street from one end to the other. Nahom, Steven, and Jeffrey stood out during my stay they gave me an umbrella, jumped my car, recommended great food places, and overall kindness was displayed with the utmost professionalism. I will come again and request Room 212."

10/10 Excellent
"I booked this last minute trying to find something to do with our kids for NYE. My husband saw that Old Town Alexandria had a kid friendly event and this hotel was right in the center of it. We got there earlier than our check-in time and thankfully our room was ready, so we got settled in pretty quickly. We took the trolley back and forth from the hotel and did a lot of walking too. The location was very convenient. We had breakfast at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Check out was super easy. A gentleman asked us how our stay was and offered our kids some little prizes (there was a bucket of sunglasses, necklaces, keychains, etc.). Everyone was super friendly. We would definitely come back again. My only complaint was that one elevator was broken, so there were only 2 working elevators. "
"The room was much more than I had expected. All kitchen items were available with cleaning supplies. The added washer and dryer were perfect and also had supplies."
