"Everything was amazing except the front desk staff responsible for checking people in. In English and Korean, she had an attitude that I have rarely experienced from a Korean hotel staff. Seems like she may need a break. Might be worthwhile to reassess her total hours to ensure the employee can welcome guests with a warm smile and attitude. Other areas were great. My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was amazing - wonderful kitchen and table staff. Rooms were wonderful as well"

"Great hotel! I had no problem communicating in English with the very friendly staff. Room is very clean and modern, air conditioning works flawlessly. Nespresso coffee is available 24/7, so I didn't need to search out coffee elsewhere. Homemade Korean breakfast was delicious. I look forward to returning to Korea and I would absolutely come back to this hotel. Strongly recommended."

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."
