"Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

"First off the property owner was awesome to work with, very personable and helpful, the property was very clean and comfortable, the property is located near literally everything, when traveling back home i will definitely book here again, this place spoiled is from ever using a hotel again! "The stay was fine and great location for us. But by far one of the dirtiest places we’ve stayed. One garbage can in the bathroom was full. Opened food and half a gallon of someone’s milk in the fridge. Some bowl of Chex trail mix in the counter. And worst was just how dusty and dirty the place was everywhere. Exterior fridge was filthy and the drawers silverware drawers were dirty. Crumbs on the kitchen table and chairs. Hair in the sinks. Oh, and a stain on the master bed sheets. It just...
