We had room 118 that was beside the garbage bins which were picked up at 5 am. Loud truck and bins banging. We had option of a room on a different floor but didn’t want to haul luggage up steep stairs. Upper room didn’t have a coffeemaker or microwave of mini fridge. Lower room did. No carpet which is a big plus. Unfortunately also extremely loud guests above. (not the fault of hotel) The room was very clean. The bath towels were very tiny. Bed comfortable. No breakfast offered. There’s a minimart within walking distance that has fresh fruit and veggies etc. Fee for the cat was additional 15.00 Played music until 3:30 am.

First of all, this property does not look like the pictures online. It’s a very old motel not hotel! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1. We have to wait for Expedia/this motel to process a refund for 2nd night. Mind you we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. If you’re in town for work and alone then this place isn’t bad but definitely not a stay for a family on vacation.

At first I was a little leary of the neighborhood, but they put me in the room closest to the office so I felt safer. The parking lot is very well lit which was nice. I'm still not sure what type of neighborhood I was in but I stayed 3 nights and I must say I was pretty comfortable. The rooms are pretty much remodeled nicely. Staff was super.

Desperate need of an upgrade.
Smelled old. Stuffy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with an old blanket. I’m sure they cleaned the room but too old to make it feel clean. Didn’t use shower because I was afraid to catch something. It’s floor stayed wet from a constant drip. I left the next morning without any sleep. Parking spaces too small. Price was more than I’ve paid for 4 star hotels before. Ridiculous. It’s a shabby motel.

Great Stay!!
Room was super clean, comfy beds with kitchenette. Older, smaller hotel, great customer service! Reasonably priced compared to the other namebrand options in town. Will definitely stay again.

I can't leave a proper review because i never made it to my stay. I tried to call numerous times in an attempt to reschedule my stay and never could get an answer. I tried to send a message though here and never got a response. We had near blizzard conditions at home making it impossible to travel, so i just needed to reschedule. Now I'm unable to reschedule or cancel and I'm out the money. I'll likely never book this place again.

Definitely not worth what we paid, the property is run down. We went through three rooms just to find one with a working shower. I do not recommend it....I deserve a refund!
