Hotels near Eagle Point Golf Club

"The overall stay was good. AC was great, bed was comfortable, room was nice. My only two complaints are 1. the hotel ran out of towels. We had 4 dirty towels in our room and no one came to exchange them even after asking the front desk. 2. The cleanliness of the room could improve. The floor and shower were grimy, the carpet had crumbs all around the bed and the nightstand had sticky residue on it. "

"Front desk staff was wonderful per usual. I had some issues with getting my air turned on and had to call down to the front desk to get help and help was sit in less than 10 min!! I will always choose to stay there!"

"Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. "

"Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying even just one night. After such a long drive, we were hoping to rest and relax, but this experience felt more like a punishment than a break. Management should focus more on staff training and maintaining proper cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and respected."
