"The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. "

"The hot water is absolutely scalding temperature, and will not be combined with cold at all, please check the shower after I'm gone, and these beds look new but my back is wrecked after staying here. There was no chair in the room at all so all I had to sit on one of these really hard beds. I will not stay here again because of this. I asked for a chair, went to the office and specifically asked for one. Saw several inside the former pool area. No one ever said a word to me about it. So I'm leaving today and going to stay somewhere else which is really going to hurt my back. I have to move all this crap but I'm not willing to complain. I don't want any backlash while I was staying here so I'll wait until it was time to check out to say anything"

"I was in town for the Regions tradition golf tournament. I always enjoying staying at this Candlewood suits for its wonderful staff and proximity to many things like Cigars and more and Sprouts market. I like to cook many meals while on the road if possible and I can do that here! Definitely would recommend it to others looking for the same."

"Room was clean but the bed was terrible and the bed pillows were terrible as well. Get better mattresses and better pillows!!"
