"The mattress had a dip in it, refrigerator didn’t work or just wouldn’t get cool or cold! Only 2 face cloth in bathroom so next morning had track down house keeping to get extra bc front desk wasn’t any help. Only one elevator was working which kept long wait times but breakfast was good!"

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "

"The room was filthy when we arrived. There were actual piles of bugs and dirt in the corners of the room, the surfaces and counters were dusty and sticky, the fridge was sticky, the bathtub needs to be completely replaced, and the toilet is not attached to the floor. We had to go buy Clorox wipes just to be able to stay comfortably for two nights. Its really disappointing that the owners of this hotel think so little of their guests. Just because we can’t afford to stay in a more expensive place doesn’t mean we deserve to stay in filth."

"Breakfast had no protein options at all. Pet fee was excessively expensive. After booking a nonrefundable room we received an email notifying us that they recently started charging for parking so that added on to the trip cost. The price for 1 night stay was way more than the property warranted. "

"A few unexpected expenses at the hotel, parking has been increased to $35 per day. Had several issues with the AC unit in our room but as soon as I let the front desk know, they switched our room. Very friendly staff! "
