It was a poor experience from the beds nearly unsleepable, construction being done , bags of linen and cleaning products outside the lifts you have to manoeuvre past. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, which they were able to accommodate. It was a lovely touch to see my name displayed on the TV when we entered the room, and a bottle of wine and a hand-written card. It's the little things that made the stay enjoyable. Another instance when I arrived after a certain time the sliding doors were closed and had to knock which there was 2 staff behind the desk, they both glanced up and looked back to their computer screens, I knocked again and they still didnt move, after a few seconds later one of them came and opened the door.
