"Centrally located, just a few blocks from Broadway. Parking is not free and the lot was full most of the time, but there was an overflow lot nearby. We would have loved an airport shuttle."

"I have no complaints in regsrds to my stay at the embassy on 10 century blvd! The breakfast setting was clean and fresh each day! The omelets were superb! Many diff options to choose from, so you were stuck eating the same thing each day. "

"When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible."

"The staff was polite and very helpful. It is an easy uber drive into the city. There is a Waffle House right next door that was great. However, we had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. We found nuggets of weed in the carpet in the middle of the room. When we requested the room to be cleaned they came very quickly and did it well, so that was nice. The tv volume doesn’t go below 20 for some reason, which is still super loud so we didn’t watch tv the entire time. The most important thing to note is that there is train tracks right outside that run all night very, very loudly. "

"The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. Our next visit again will be at the Hyatt Nashville / Brentwood for sure. Thank you guys for everything. "
