"We stayed 4 nights arriving on Sunday. We had booked Sunday lunch and too be honest my beef lunch was not good especially the price you pay for it, but everything else about the stay was fantastic. The staff are brilliant and our room was perfect and spotless, we will definitely be staying again. "

"We had a lovely couple of nights at this beautiful hotel. Our room wasn’t ready until 4.50 pm which was a bit disheartening after a 3 hour drive and it was disappointing we were just offered a cup of tea and a sit in the lounge. This could have been handled better . The food was delicious, it was very quiet and beautiful lounges a shame there wasn’t anything to encourage guests to stay downstairs after dinner. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. "

"Nice stay. Room clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. If I was being critical I'd say that there is significant road noise if you need a window open and the carpets are looking pretty tired on the stairs and in the room. That aside, it was a nice stay "

"Very nice boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before and they serve a wonderful dinner. Also, it is a short walk into the very pretty town of Ludlow. There are many restaurants in the downtown area is very cute. Very walkable. The breakfast was wonderful. I recommend this property very highly "
