"The property looks so unassuming. It is just a blend in with the desert. The way that they have it set up you are completely immersed in nature and even though you’re in a building, you feel so connected to the outdoors the pools the water the ocean it’s absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing. The flavors were fantastic. The service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay."

"Beautiful resort and property great location and food/drink options on site are amazing and super handy to have the market and kitchen in room also stocked really well. Our only disappointment was the early closing of pool and jacuzzis. Pretty much the entire hotel shuts down by 10pm which on vacation is very disappointing. I had stayed at the other Hilton and there was no such thing so found this to be bit strange and a buzzkill each evening. It’s still so hot at nighttime that an evening swim/hangout would have been perfect. I hope they reconsider this as it seems a missed opportunity for the hotel as well"

"fue una estancia buena en general, nos permitio desconectar que era lo q buscabamos. Creo q en caso de volver, buscaremos otro hotel en otra ubicacion. ahi es imposible acceder a la playa con niños pequeños. Incluso a mi q se nadar perfectamente me parecio una playa muy peligrosa. EL menu de desayuno repetitivo al maximo, el resto para cenar en los restaurantes tematicos solo merece la pena el asiatico, el italiano y The grill no dieron la talla. En general por el precio estuvo bien, no para tirar cohetes, pero mas o menos lo que nos habiamo propuesto recibir."

"Beautiful property and on-site butlers and bartenders were excellent. We did not have the best experience checking out. We were over charged and when we discovered this and tried to reconcile via email, the resort stopped responding. Very dissatisfied and of course left a poor taste in our mouths. We likely will not recommend this hotel going forward. Too many good options in Cabo to not deliver end to end customer service."

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what we saw on line, didn’t realize one of the 2 pools was for villa guests but it was the one that was nearest the cold plunge. Also no access to gym. Just little things I wish could have been described more or option to upgrade more up front. Majority of staff was great, we did encounter a few that were just very serious and not super friendly at the jungle pool. We travel to Mexico frequently and friendly staff is all we encounter so it threw us off a bit. BUT- Gael was amazing and every single one of his recommendations hit the point. The staff in Fausto’s were also great to visit every morning."
