"We opted for the garden view swim out room, part of the Altitude club. The Altitude club offers extra services such as free room service and premium bars. The website states 24/7 room service, the hours are 7am-10pm. The premium bars seemed to have only one drink of Grey goose at each bar and claimed to be out (I don't think it was real Grey goose). We decided to check out a restaurant called "O", we were given the same menus from "The Grill", neither of those restaurants had good options. Most of the food offered at any place was not authentic Mexican food."

"We had such a great stay at Flamboyan Hotel! The hotel was super clean, the AC was amazing (especially in the Cabo heat!), and the whole place was so cute, artsy, and full of character. The location honestly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and everything around town. They also have e-bikes you can borrow, which was such a nice bonus and made cruising around San José del Cabo really easy and fun. The staff was also supee friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what we saw on line, didn’t realize one of the 2 pools was for villa guests but it was the one that was nearest the cold plunge. Also no access to gym. Just little things I wish could have been described more or option to upgrade more up front. Majority of staff was great, we did encounter a few that were just very serious and not super friendly at the jungle pool. We travel to Mexico frequently and friendly staff is all we encounter so it threw us off a bit. BUT- Gael was amazing and every single one of his recommendations hit the point. The staff in Fausto’s were also great to visit every morning."
