"The room was spotless, the staff was professional, gracious, welcoming and friendly. The food was wonderful! If there were to be any criticism, it would be that when we wanted to book excursions, there was a lot of pressure to do the vacation club presentation. The gentleman that gave the presentation, however, did not pressure us to purchase and was very professional and knowledgeable. "

"We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"

"Views were great, but the staff really made my trip amazing. They went above and beyond, everyone I interacted with was so friendly, patient, accommodating and attentive. They really try hard to remember your face and name which is amazing considering how many people were staying there. Food can be hit or miss; I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet had some strange food. I preferred eating at the restaurants instead. It was also very convenient to have the cafe so I could get a cappuccino every morning. I will be coming back and will bring my family next time. "
