"Mold floating on surface of liquid remaining in coffee pot suggests lack of thoroughness in cleaning standards. Stairwell to 2nd floor unit was littered and did not seem to have been cleaned in quite a while.

, however, was beautiful and large, although hot tub appeared to be permanently closed. Breakfast was disappointing and no water or fruit was available. Beds were comfortable and I did get a good night’s sleep. "

"The hotel outside view was the best of the whole stay. We literally walked into an unclean disaster of a room/hotel and immediately we checked out but still had to pay. Unless your use to dirty, felt and possibly bugs stay clear of this HOEtel"

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."

"I went for a family reunion and stayed for two day, one night. The staffs were very friendly; we had some confusion with our check-in and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. This hotel have a nice small indoor swimming

that open till 10pm, free breakfast 6-9:30, and plenty of self parking spots. Only complaint I have was the tv not working but I didn't really mind since we were out most of the day. Will definitely stay again when I go back to Kansas. "

"Really nice people at check-in. They were also available later to answer questions about the area. The room was great, Not real big but looked like it had been refurbished recently. no breakfast because of covid but there was plenty of coffee. Stayed a couple of days. Not a fancy place at all, but i thought it was a very good value. Nice comfortable room at a good price. Restaurants and shopping very close by."
