"I enjoyed my stay at Mandarin Resort Zanzibar. I was pleased to see how the management and staff were accommodating and friendly. My initial booking included a complimentary airport shuttle, which they failed to provide. However, they made sure my stay was worthwhile. Magdi, the manager, gave me a the password to the WIFI in the suites for free (FYI - you have to pay for the WIFI in the rooms), and they gave me a complimentary ride back to the airport.
