"although we've been in Columbus for the Pens/Jackets games for many years this is the first time we've been at the Hyatt...we WILL be back...our stay was convenient to the arena the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet fabulous...every hotel staff we interacted with werenice and helpful...a great stay!!"

"Property was VERY clean and staff were extremely friendly! The hotel had a happy hour from 5:30-7pm and you received free snacks and 2 free adult beverages in the lobby. There was a pop machine open 24/7 for you to help yourself and free popcorn. Would highly recommend. Great stay with kids because the pool is large, heated, and goes indoor/outdoor."
