"Went there for the pool. Their pool was slimy green and closed. Nothing about it on the site he didn’t tell me until Lea second after I paid and i immediately told him u couldn’t stay I only came for yf pool He informed me no refunds we left called hotels.com and went somewhere else "

"I have a mixed experience at Red Roof Inn El Paso. The customer service and hospitality were great—staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as shown online. We even had to switch rooms because the refrigerator in the first room didn’t work. In the second room, the flooring was chipped and visibly worn, with sections scratched off. It gave the impression that upkeep and presentation are not a priority. While I appreciated the service, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on what was advertised."
