Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel ...

Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center
Our room was right next to the interstate so it was very loud all night. The bar ran out of several food items. Other than that, the area felt safe, the hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the room was spacious.

This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. ...
