The Reef Beach Resort - All Inclusive - East End, Grand Cayman

8/10 Good
"The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safe twice, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The pool was warmer than i would have liked, but it was clean. The Water in the ocean in front of the resort was not the beautiful turquoise like we love, but was told it was the time of year that we visited. (August). we rented a car, so we were able to visit many other beaches that were just beautiful."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel was under construction so access was limited. The beach in front of the hotel was closed so shuttle service to nearby beach was provided. This was not disclosed prior to arrival."
