""Wyndham" in the name might make you think you are dealing with a hotel, but it's not a hotel at all. (They probably have no connection to the Wyndham hotel chain -- surprised Expedia allows this.) We arrived looking for the Wyndham hotel desk, but found no such thing. Instead, we found slightly annoyed staff at the facility concierge desk, who explained that we had booked rooms from a third party, and needed to call them to get into our rooms. We had no phone number and no idea who to call. After about 30 minutes of walking from building to building, asking reception staff what to do, word somehow reached our agency and a very nice guy came and found us and showed us to the room. It helped a lot that three of our party spoke Vietnamese, and to do it right, you probably need a local phone. Aside from that, the room was decent, a good value for the price. It had a clothes washer and microwave. The view from an outside room is spectacular, and likewise from the rooftop pool of building D. The resort is huge, somewhat isolated, and very crowded on a weekend in July (mostly Vietnamese families, with few foreigners). The beach is decent, and you can eat local seafood on the sand all day. The resort doesn't seem to have any upscale a la carte dining options, but has a decent noodle shop and some cafes."

"I recently stayed at Quoc Dinh Guesthouse in Hàm Tiến, Phan Thiết, and it was a fantastic experience! The guesthouse is just a short walk from the beautiful Mũi Né Beach, making it super convenient for sunrise swims or evening strolls along the shore. One of the highlights was the delicious and affordable Vietnamese breakfast served daily. The owner even provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which were truly unforgettable! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the guesthouse offered excellent value for money. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, Quoc Dinh Guesthouse is a fantastic choice. I'll be back on my next trip to Phan Thiết! Thank you for such a lovely stay! "

"Pandanus was a highlight of our 7 weeks in Vietnam; the room was amazing, the staff are incredible, and the restaurant was excellent! The entire property is a picture perfect seaside resort that was both modern and comfortable, as well as classicly chic. It reminded us of a Polynesian mid-century resort but was perfectly of our time with all the modern creature comforts. We're already planning a return trip to this wonderful property and the incredible staff. "

"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property. So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."

"Rather bizarre experience… Resort was deserted when I checked in, felt abandoned but filled up the next day. Busy with Russian couples/families mostly. Very noisy as of 7am because of big construction site next door. The pool water is milky/murky. Breakfast is rather disappointing for a 4-star resort. Staff is not very friendly. Otherwise my room was very large and comfortable and the grounds are well maintained."
