Great resort stay
Resort was beautiful! They upkeep it quite nicely and the pools were awesome. Everything was very clean and easy to get to. They also partner with a company to do a tour of the Mui Ne attractions which you can ask about and are picked up at the hotel.

Customer service was way above my expectations. Staff are very kind, and their customer service system is very reliable. Special thanks to K. Anh, our stay at Mui Ne Bay was very accomodating. However amenity wise, things there could be a few improvements. Hot water is lacking, and on rainy days the room smells like the bathroom. A little more care on the odor could make this place much better

Clean and beautiful beach resort. Service is excellent. Especially Miss K. Anhl and another staff who booked the white sand dune for us. Both speak fluent english. We stayed in connecting room which is clean and smell of lemongrass. Pls bring some mosquito repellent.
