"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "The castle was absolute perfection. The staff were so helpful, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere and decor were amazing. Our stay in suite 29 is one we won’t soon forget - from the original stone walls to the copper bath tub to the beautiful linens, everything was memorable. The bar and the library were very enjoyable and relaxing. The falconry on the grounds was just fantastic. We would highly recommend this experience."
