"The only word to describe the holiday home and the whole experience is perfect. I can't use the word caravan and it's better than that it's a true home from home. It had everything you need and more.. Kids loved the fast broadband and smart TV. There was a welcome basket with things you need for your first night.. "The outside of the building could do with some updating but inside was fine apart from the dirty and cracked window. Plenty of kitchen equipment and comfortable seats and bed. Shower room was lovely and towels provided. Nice garden to sit out and have a drink. Overall a nice stay."

"Breakfast was the same every day! Not much of a variety. The room was clean but not spacious for a family of 4 with pull out bed from couch. Were given a portable heater because the heat did not work in the room. However, hotel was Located right near the Tram stop so it was a short walk and convenient to hop on when needed."
