We were 2 single mamas with 3 5 year olds and masses of luggage. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was a wonderful play area for the kids - we got our breakfast served outside which was a great experience for the kids. Highly recommend this place. It’s beautiful.

Staff were prompt and friendly. We had issues with TV signal and the receptionist immediately came up to resolve the issues. The only issue we had was that the toilet bowl choked and we had to fix it. Didn’t bother the front desk as it was disgusting.

A nice stay at Colchester for attending a conference at the univsersity of essex. This price is high but it is the best choice if the cost is not critical.

Very attentive and professional service from all the staff. Excellent beer and food. The room (in The Brewery building) was well appointed, and clean but a little on the hot side, but this is because I didn't want to open the window as it over-looked the car-park (potential noise and security concerns).
