"Great hotel! Huge rooms. Helpful staff. Some fees confused me, but I don’t stay at resorts often. I know they are common. There was a $75/day food credit. I never did understood how that worked. I asked at the front desk, but couldn’t understand what I was told. Is it a “use it or lose it” fee that was charged to me whether I ate there or not? I never could get an answer. "

"Kayla that women needs a star by her name tag look something occurd where I had some loud neighbors and well I felt it’s was getting kinda going bad but Kayla did her work sent security to check and B moved us roms because I told her I don’t feel comfortable in this room she handled it and no problems that whole stay love B love it she kept the light on two thumbs up girl you rock !!!!!!!"
