"They don’t assign the rooms you pay for. The restroom are in bad conditions my ac broke down first night. The customer service the worst experience ever the staff is very rude not helpful. I will never paid another stay at this hotel."

"My room was great the hotel was great but I did dislike the fact that we can’t hangout in the shallow area of the wave pool. I have two special needs sons that I didn’t want to be all the way deep chest level water in the pool especially when the waves come. So after a few minutes we left. That kind of ruined my pool experience. So next time I am in Las Vegas which is Twice a year I will most likely choose another hotel because of their pool rules."
