"We visit Las Vegas 2–3 times a year, and my wife insisted on booking the Wynn this time—but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Our room was right by the elevator, and the noise was constant 24/7. Ear plugs and room credit were offered, and the staff were very attentive and tried to make up for it, but nothing truly solved the problem.
We were given a discount and some extra room credit, but with prices like $65 USD for two poolside drinks, it barely went far. They should have upgraded us to a quieter, nicer room from the start, but that never happened.
The staff were excellent and accommodating, but the constant elevator noise, high fees, taxes, and automatic gratuities on nearly everything really detracted from the experience. My wife rates other Vegas hotels like Trump and Palazzo much higher.
Would not rush back unless room placement and pricing were addressed."
