"The moment we arrived, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I voiced my concerns about previous reviews I read(AC didn't work in some rooms, dirty carpeting). Our room was perfect and very clean. My only complaint about the room is that there are no vent fans in the bathrooms. Otherwise our stay was fantastic. Happy hour was great and a nice surprise. I definitely recommend this hotel. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it was 4 stars for sure. Thanks for a great stay. Kudos to Reggie for giving us a great room too!"
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

"This is THE hotel to stay at if you're visiting the Arch. It's a VERY short walk--cross street and you're at the park entrance in front of the arch. We got an arch view room and it did not disappoint. Only negative is long waits for the elevators at peak times and there's no chairs to sit in while waiting which a few mobility challenged patrons noted."

"This is a rejuvenated building from early in the 20th century. The room was excellent and extremely quite and clean. The beds were great and the service was some of the best we have every had."

"Starbucks inside the hotel 👍... Places to eat was all a short distance walk. My Room didn't have any garbage bags in any of the cans and the room had so many Nat Flies. I probably won't stay there again..."

"Nice hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Other than free breakfast (which was good), you had to leave hotel and do a little walking to a nearby bar, restaurant or for sightseeing. We had a nice view of Mississippi River. The Busch stadium was about 15 minutes away on foot with plenty of food options. The Arch was about 10 minutes on foot. Very quiet area. Lyft ride was 10 minutes for about $10 each way to the Anheiser brewery- which was great."
