"Wonderful stay! Spend the weekend in St Louis stayed here and another hotel and I’m glad this one was my longest stay. Customer service top of the line. Harvey took care of us from Valet to helping us with our check in and luggages. Definitely felt we had a one on one experience. Our rooms were clean every day, beautiful rooms, bathroom showers top of the line. Thank you for the stay will definitely be choosing this hotel "

"Nice, clean and spacious room...lady at reception suggested Chris Pancakes for breakfast which was very awesome..we had great time staying at Forest Park..most of the attractions were within 10 to 15 mins drive.."

"Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much. "
