"Overall the hotel was inviting room upon entering was very nice. The one horrid drawback was this odd and rather large red blotchy stain about 5inches a few inches from the drain. I got in late so was going to shower in the morning. I did not notice it until the next morning but was in a hurry to get on the road early. So I skipped the shower & now questioned how well the room was actually cleaned & disinfected!"

"All HIEX are about the same. I loved the spacious rooms & the bed was comfortable. The carpets were rather dirty—at least that’s what the bottom of y feet showed."

"The first room I was put in had an odor and the second room also had an odor but they came up and sprayed a deodorizer which helped a little. The bathroom sink sprayed when you turned it on."

"Had a late arrival and the staff were beyond friendly. I mean they were si cheerful and it was in the end of her shift. And when I asked about a later checkout and helped me with no problem."

"The room temp was very nice and the breakfast had a good variety to pick from! The staff was really nice and they have a very pretty pool!"

"It was a great choice the drinks and food were a plus. I did notice some staff helped some more than others, I observed some picking up plates from tables and I am disabled and no one offered any assistance. It was very obvious. I also was patiently waiting for food to be replenished and when finally gave up it suddenly appeared! Coincidence maybe? Maybe extent bar hours out an hour or more, it felt rushed. "
