"Hotellet ligger ganske idyllisk i centrum og helt uden parkeringsmuligheder, man kan ikke køre i nærheden af hotellet.
Vi kom til et trepersoners rum, hvor den ene sengebund var helt i stykker, så en af os måtte sove på en madras på gulvet. Vi blev lovet, at det ville blive udbedret samme aften, og alternativt ville vi få et andet værelse, men vi hørte intet.

Wonderful room in a very cozy hotel with an excellent period feel and decor, including a delightful, cozy, common living area with tea, coffee, delicious chocolates and other goodies provided for all guests by the hotel. Wonderful, warm, welcoming staff in every single instance! They must all be commended for their kindness, sincerity, co stant good cheer, and consistent willingness to be helpful at every turn. We would stay there again in a heartveat!

Great clean room with view over the city.
Did not opt for breakfast and staff was friendly and ask whether we needed help.
Room is very spacious and the whole place was grand although things look a bit dated.
Located right next to the Alhambra Gate of Justice entrance, great location.

The hotel has a lot of character and overall my stay was fine, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. I noticed ants around the toilet bowl and was also bitten by ants during my stay.
There is no kettle in the room. Complimentary tea and hot water are only available in the lobby after 7 pm, which I found a little inconvenient, especially if you want a hot drink at other times. No tissues in the room.
As this is a converted historic house, the sound insulation between floors...

Hotel was revamped from a historic building. It was kept authentic to compliment the surrounding area. Great location with Al Hambra’s view perched on a beautiful hill. Very close to restaurants, cafe, flamenco etc. Hotel staff, professional and polite. Stay here if you want to be brought back in time!
