"Southland Hotel Casino was very nice in West Memphis Plenty of parking as there is a very large, open parking lot and a parking garage Lots of security The casino is connected to the hotel with separate entrances You have to walk through a metal detector and a guard dog to make sure no one is bringing in weapons I ate at the buffet, which was very nice, the room was very clean. There was a safe there as well. Mini fridge in the room with the TV. But there’s no microwave. That shows me they want you to buy their food. Also, there is a free soda fountain stations throughout the casino. That’s a nice touch. I never seen before and plenty of free water and bottles in the room. Staff was very friendly and nice and check-in was very easy"

"The room was clean but it also needed updating. The tv didn’t work. The guy at the desk was really nice and said that they were in the process of replacing the tv’s. We had an iPad so it was okay. The bathroom had some rotten areas around the bathtub. Maybe mold I’m not sure but if they were replacing the tv’s maybe they were also going to fix that too. The breakfast was amazing and over all I would stay there again."
