"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and quality of food. A special highlight was the surprise 5:30 kickback, which was lovely and unexpected. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! One minute you're looking at clothing, then alligators, then boats, then fish. The place is filled with really great details to make you feel like you're emersed in an actual swamp. We stayed 3 nights which was perfect to mosey around the property and have 1 day throughout Memphis. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great stay! The check-in process was weird as we had to wait for someone to let us into the front door while all the people enjoying the bar and lobby just looked at us. I do understand the locked door due to the location of the hotel but it's still awkward watching people stare at you while you struggle to get in to get to the front desk. Other than that, the room was vintage and awesome, and the staff was great. I'll definitely stay here again!"
