"I liked the dark, luxurious vibe of the hotel. The sink right in front to the entrance and next to the TV was a bit out of place but other than that, it was a comfortable stay."

"Our room smelled like cigarettes however not strong enough for us to change rooms. The room was huge, clean, bedding smelled like softener and the patio was such a cool way to spend the evening winding down "

"So, I was close to giving a 3/5 stars but the 2 main issues I have are not actually associated with the hotel themselves. And the hotel staff have at least attempted to rectify the issue to make the experience more comfortable. 1. Terrible parking availability. 2. Noise issue 1. Valet is $66 PER NIGHT. And good luck parking on any of the lots nearby on the street (not associated with the hotel). There's a HIGH CHANCE your car will be smashed and vandalized. We got back from dinner and these poor guys' window was smashed and they said several other cars were smashed too. The lots claim they're surveilled 24hr, but that's a lie. Unless there's a 24/7 lot attendant, I would NOT trust these streets. 2. At the top floor, at night past 10 pm, there was an incessant deep rumbling sound, as if someone's Escalade was parked outside the building blasting bass music all night even a quarter past 2 am. I guess it was a club down the street somewhere. If you're someone who can't sleep through this constant rumbling like me, then this will NOT be a nice evening experience. Staff was kind enough (shout out to Kevian) for helping me find a quieter room. But being in an area with lots of nightlife, there is always going to be sounds around. The 2 main things that made this experience great: 1. Great service and hospitable staff 2. Dog friendly - though I would suggest having a "pet relief" area somewhere outside or on the rooftop terrace. That would help a lot!"

"Friendly staff! But the room did disappoint me a little bit. There was a Band-Aid stuck to our shower curtain so it had me guessing if the room was actually cleaned properly before we got into it."

"Very comfortable stay. Great for family travel. Just steps away from restaurants and museums. Staff was very friendly. Kids got goodie bags upon check in. "

"We always stay here whenever we’re in the city, especially if we’re going to Crypto Arena. It’s really become our go-to. Carlos at the front desk is our favorite. He’s always so accommodating and told us about the room service breakfast this time which was such a good deal!"
