We had a wonderful stay! Our king suite was spacious and it was nice to have two rooms. The gym is beautiful on the 26th floor and the restaurant is lovely on the lower level.Monica at the front desk and Brenda on the phone lines were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a buffet to à la carte. My omelette and sourdough toast were delicious. Will visit again!

Nice clean large room, but was hoping for firmer pillows. Great gym. Love the $15 daily credit which we used towards the delicious clam chowder. Also love the free truffle fries as a Bonvoy Gold Elite member. Valet service is pricey but convenient. I feel comfortable and safe staying at this hotel. I like that we can walk to different restaurants in the area. We always stay here when we come to concerts in LA. I should have reported that the mirror light in bathroom was flashing on one side in Room 809.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in was smooth, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The amenities were top-notch ñ. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the hospitality—everyone went above and beyond to make our trip special. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Nice hotel . Great staff and good location. Didn’t like all the extra charges after already paying on line. $68 per vehicle per night for parking is ridiculous !!!!!!!
