Its central location was a delight and ease of making it to Saint Mark’s Square, the water taxis and gondolas. While not an issue for some, be prepared to lug your luggage to the first floor via the stairs as it has no elevators. Rooms are small, but well appointed, and hopefully you’re not in Venice to spend all day in your hotel room.

We had a great time at this hotel during our family trip to Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Rialto Bridge, water buses, restaurants, and the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfy, and well maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and relaxing. We especially loved the convenient location, especially how easy it was to get there from the airport, and the helpful service throughout our stay. To reach this hotel, get off at Fondamonte Nove stop in Alilaguna and it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Fewer bridges and less crowded. Thanks for making our Venice holiday so enjoyable.

What a fabulous hotel. We loved the room, gorgeous comfy bed, great ac, absolutely spotless. The breakfast was lovely - such a huge selection. We particularly liked the enormous fruit platter. The pool was brilliant, especially as it was so hot and the roof restaurant was magical with its view of Venice. The staff were so helpful - couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place was enchanting.

Me gusta mucho este hotel porque el personal es muy cuidadoso sensible y muy amable. Siempre nos cuidan y están al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El edificio es bellísimo, los jardines hermosos. Todo, todo es perfecto en este hotel. Yo siempre me hospedo con ellos porque siempre hemos salido felices y deseosos de volver!
