"A perfect stay from beginning to end. The entire staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers were all professional, helpful and ready to meet any need that arose. The entire facility is spotlessly clean, the food in the restaurant is perfectly prepared. This is our second stay at this facility, we highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest.."

"A lovely hotel. Within reasonable walking to city centre. Rooms were lovely. Only minor issue when arriving at the Spa for a swim we were advised it wasn’t included in the package we bought on Expedia ( no mention of additional cost on the listing ). We did get in after pressing the spa reception but only once. "

"A very good experience. Room was clean, double bed and good bathroom, and as expected. Hotel was in a good location a short walk from the old town. Check in was automated, but easy and clear instructions provided and no waiting around for check in check out! If you want a TV in room and other amenities perhaps not for you, although wifi good. We fully enjoyed our stay - thank you! "
