Lake Hotel Gistihusid Egilsstadir
We had the most charming stay a the Lake Hotel Gistihusid in Eglisstadir. The room triple room felt like a full on apartment- it was spacious, modern, and cozy. We enjoyed access to the onsite Spa. Krákhamar apartments
Krakhamar was great, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the day we were supposed to leave the road was washed out, and she was very accommodating and helpful. As for the apartment, we were able to cook a fantastic dinner, and enjoyed a peaceful night sleep, despite the storm outside.
