"loved the location and the room with kitchenette and washer and dryer was exactly what is needed for a 6 night stay. we were able to pack light because of the w/d. we also got caught in the rain and were able to dry our sneakers! Reception Staff was outstanding! hope to be back next year!"

"My biggest complaint was the elevator. We stayed on the 20th floor. One elevator goes from the lobby to the 17th, another goes from 17-20. The two days we were there the elevator for 17-20 broke down for hours. We had to shlep our bags down 3 floors of double landing stairs the morning we left. "

"The staff was the absolute best! Room was clean but no outlets in the bathroom where needed the most. The dinner was fair.. pasta a bit cold but the band in the lounge, The Iguanas was fabulous… I can’t say enough good things about the staff… helpful, funny and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars but for the room . Hopefully the rooms will be renovated soon…"
