"Room was ok. The bathroom didn’t have hand soap to wash your hands. Breakfast was ok. Most of the hot food was cold. Shuttle service from the airport took a bit. DO NOT FOLLOW what it tells you on the app, just go to the Hotel pickup area. Shuttle to the cruise port was good. Staff were friendly We went to the restaurant in the lobby area and they were out of almost everything. So we asked the front desk guy for pizza advice. Also DO NOT take the advise of the front desk person if you decide to order pizza. It cost us $47 US for a pizza that looked like a 3 yr old made. It was soo paper thin that you had to roll it in order to each it. After rolling it, it still didn’t reach the size of a cigar lol don’t waste your money. "

"The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had mildew or mold all over the floor. The shower handle was broken off so not sure we could have taken a shower if we wanted to. There was no blanket on the bed—just a top sheet. But given the cleanliness, that was probably a good thing. The wall AC unit woke us up everyone it turned on. We waited for over an hour for the airport shuttle. All in all it gave us a place to sleep for the night, but if it hadn’t been so late we would have left and stayed elsewhere. "

"Stayed overnight due to missed flight. Very near to Miami International airport, clean room, nice restaurant and bar on location, front desk staff courteous and welcoming. "
