"We arrived at the property and was met by the general manager, Alexandre. He was very welcoming and cordial, and i thanked him for him to not charge me a penalty fee due to a mistake with a booking on my part. The ladies on the front desk Sammi & Kay were also very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Have to thank the general manager again who granted our request to check out later than the stated time, due the airline changing our flight departure by several hours. I Would recommend this hotel, Customer service was on point."

"When we got there things seemed ok! Time to go to second floor and the stairs are steep so the guy behind the desk said he'd carry our bags up and told us to dial '0' in the morning and they'd send someone up to carry them down. The problem was when we got to the room the phone had dial tone but you couldn't call out on it. No number whatsoever, including '0'. We went to the bar and grill on-site. Very good drinks and food. First server we had was spot on! She told us she would only be our server for a short time until someone else came in. The second server (long dark straight hair) we had sucked. She took care of the table next to us really well but literally walked past us minimum 5 times with empty glasses. We were don't eating for more than 15 mins before we finally had to flag her down and ask for our bill. Would have stayed and had a couple more drinks but by that time we were over it. It was clean except for th hairs in the sink and shower. Pool area was clean. In the morning I went to the desk to ask for someone to carry our bags down and the guy working the desk was not polite and rolled his eyes when I asked. I told him not to worry about it that I would carry both bags down because my friend had ankle surgery last year and she was scared to take hers down. "

"This is the perfect location if you have to go to the hospital or the UM outpatient centers for medical treatment. It was a quick and safe walk to UM from the hotel. There is a parking garage that costs $30 per night. It’s a tight squeeze when driving a truck but it worked. All of the staff were very friendly. I was given a $20 food/beverage credit for each day. This is a basic no frills hotel."

"Bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, I couldn’t get the sink to give me hot water, had to ask for an extra blanket, and a hair dryer but other than that it was a nice stay. "
