Warmly welcomed by front desk. Managed to check in early and rent 2 bikes at 12euros for 4 hours. Nice touch to provide free minibar of drinks. Gym is a little lacking in equipment but the sauna facilities were excellent!

Very nice and quiet location closed to the lake. Included Bavarian breakfast buffet is amazing.
Big room, lake view, very clean, and warm staff.
Careful with opening balcony door or mosquitoa will invade and disturb your sleep.
Area has a lot of trails to walk around, specially nice path near lake which is fully walkable around the lake.
Downside is that restaurants.are very limited, only one good one to the other hotel facing this hotel. I suggest visiting Starnberg for more...

The first night experience was very bad, I checked in after 10pm and the room assigned to me was hot because the air-condition was not working and a lot of noises from the bar two levels below my room were heard because one of the windows is faulty (can not be closed). Although the front counter staff offered me a fan, free breakfast and free wifi immediately (the hotel was fully booked), I was disappointed and started to explore to stay in other hotel for the next two nights. I changed my mind...

The hotel is new and the staff are very helpful in making our stay plesant and comfortable. One of our meals at the restaurant did not go our way (no fault of the hotel) and th restaurant manager personally apologised and made sure a replacement meal was provided, on the house. Excellent facilities and service. I would stay there again!

Big rooms with sofa. Good breakfast with juicer to make your own juice. Helpful staff. Parking is tight in the basement. Some noise in the morning due to construction nearby.

Except for the fact that the hotel was slightly further away from the train station, the hotel beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! Will go back again!
