The staff was very kind but for two days we had a terrible time getting housekeeping to clean our suite! We called and had confirmation multiple times throughout the day they would come- never came. Even had to go to the front desk at 11p to beg to just get clean towels- that still took forever. Very big disappointment. Also there was a creepy hole in the floor by the tv.

This is my third stay at Hotel Torbrau, and I wouldn't consider ever staying anywhere else in Munich. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the location near the old town is perfect for walking and exploring.

Our stay was great! Rooms small but comfortable! The breakfasts were wonderful! Huge selection! Friendly staff & very helpful! Only complaint was that the pillows were flat & uncomfortable! They should be replaced!
