"It was my first solo trip & I was definitely very nervous going into this because the reviews were half & half BUT, I absolutely loved everything about CitizenM! Checking in was easy, the room was so cozy, I loved that everything was controlled by the iPad & there was security there every time I entered and exited the building.
I’d 100% recommend this place & when I come back to LA, I will be staying here again!"
"Staff extremely friendly n courteous. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely have another staycation again. The use of the Town car was phenomenal "
"The staff were amazing, the free cookies were delicious! I’ve stayed here several times now and it is always very clean and I have an enjoyable stay. "
"Safest, cleanest, and best views of any hotel in this area. I have been here numerous times, the bedroom suite is unmatched. My favorite hotel in all of Los Angeles.
Only had 1 bad experience (room was sold out after I booked online) but over a dozen good experiences. "
Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles Downtown West by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The food options were great. The coffee was freshly ground, hot, and tasted great as well. The dining area was spacious and there were plenty of seating options.
The bed was very comfortable and I liked the option to choose between a soft or more firm pillow.
The spaciousness of the room and ADA details throughout the room and bathroom were especially helpful with my son who is disabled and utilizes a wheelchair. The bench in the room was a great feature as well.
The front desk staff and those that worked in the breakfast area were really nice and helpful! "
