"We were only there for an overnight stay, but it was wonderful! Perfect, comfortable room & amenities. Loved the location. Cute little neighborhood with shopping & restaurants all in walking distance. We ended our evening with a walk out on the pier. Hope to go back soon!!"

"We did get an upgrade to beach view which was the best thing at this resort. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Not happy about: 1. had to pay for parking all days except Monday-Wednesday. 2. Sky Bar - bar and grille did not have friendly staff. 3. Room was very small but clean-comfortable double queens, no table, and bathroom was very small. 4. Coffee pot in room but no coffee station in lobby like most hotels/resorts, they wanted you to buy their very expensive coffee and high priced breakfast/lunch. 5. As for entertainment - there really was none. 6. Hot tubs were not hot or not working. Heated pool was closed off and on during our week stay. "

"This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower head. The toilet was extremely close to the wall and would not allow sufficient clearance for a larger person to sit comfortably. The rooms air filter was completely clogged, well past a preventative maintenance change. "

"My stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went with my partner expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time, and it was the complete opposite. First, I did not receive any Expedia benefits at all, which was very disappointing considering I booked through the platform. The room was dirty when we arrived. It did not feel clean or properly prepared for guests, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we didn’t get our room until after 4:00 PM, causing unnecessary delays and ruining part of our day. The amenities were also very disappointing. The pool is extremely small and unattractive, nothing like what you would expect or see in photos. The bar closes at 5:00 PM, which makes no sense for a hotel where people go to relax—especially as a couple. Everything felt limited, inconvenient, and poorly managed. Overall, everything was complicated, from check-in to the entire experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are far better options for the same price or even less. "

"Daniella at the front office was lovely. The rooms are horrible. Website shows updates but that’s not accurate for all rooms. The room we had was cramped and dated and the linens were not soft at all. It’s noisy and for what we paid they don’t even have daily housekeeping! The beach location is very nice but the hotel is awful. The property does have a nice BBQ area and 6 Adirondack chairs ( only) facing g the water. We booked through EXPEDIA for the week of Easter. Thanks to Expedia we were able to get a full refund on the last 6 nights which was fortunate because this property is non- refundable. Best suggestion- stay elsewhere."
